Distant 150 meters from the battery Mezzaluna, in the direction of Capo di Milazzo, we find with equal dimensions the battery of Sant’Andrea, so called because it is right in front of the homonymous church almost unrecognizable. The battery is the same as the previous one. The fortification, which stands out only for its characteristic plant, is now a small square that also houses a votive icon dedicated to Sant’Andrea, with plants and trees and a fountain with drinking water; a small oasis a few meters from the sea.
